I work with adults who are recovering from alcohol or substance misuse and behavioral addictions. I also support clients in navigating trauma, experiences of gender or intimate partner violence, challenges of living in foreign countries, as well as issues related to depression, anxiety, and relationships. My goal is to help address the distressing patterns and stigma often associated with these life challenges.

My Approach and Techniques

My sessions are warm and nonjudgmental, providing a safe space to explore underlying issues and foster self-discovery and personal growth. I employ an integrative approach that combines evidence-based counseling methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Techniques, Psychoanalytic/Dynamic approaches, and Biopsychosocial-Spiritual models. Together, we will identify the most suitable approach for addressing your specific concerns.

Recovery is about empowering an individual to lead a fulfilling life, regain control, and maintain hope despite mental health challenges. In our first session, we will collaborate to create a personalized plan that addresses your specific issues. Most of my clients notice an improvement in their mood and attitude within a short period.
